The work involved
Empact was appointed by NannyPro as its CRM implementation partner as part of the 2019 G.R.O.W BIG programme. Empact advised NannyPro on its organisation technology development roadmap, set up the to-be CRM process, set up the CRM system and trained the staff to use the system.Â
Results of our work
Empact managed to have full implementation within the target timeline. Two weeks post implementation, NannyPro feedback that the system was very easy to use to monitor sales. It is estimated that potentially NannyPro can generate 13K cost saving due to improved efficiency. Further it may help increase revenue by 12x.
