The Work Involved
Empact was appointed by Singapore Pools to conceptualise and design transformative IT services to the social sector. Empact’s scope included:
Conducted focus group and survey for 150 social service organisations to assess and understand their IT needs and gapsÂ
Co-created the tech solutions and approaches that meets the sector needs
Co-created the business model and built the financial modelÂ
Assisted Singapore Pools in negotiation with NCSS and other key stakeholders in finalising the project which eventually led to the birth of iShineCloud
Results of Our Work
Our work led to an investment of $15m investment of the project. Subsequently, iShineCloud was launched by NCSS and Singapore Pools in 2018.
