In 2015, Empact was appointed by NCSS as the consultant to help VWOs to use new ways to adopt innovative ways to improve productivity. Over the past 3 years, Empact supported 68 VWOs on their journey to achieve productivity.
One of the bitesize projects, named Ka-Ching, was to help organisations to streamline their processes of managing their donations. During the implementation of the donation tracking tool, trainings, monitoring and troubleshooting support were provided.
On average, organisations which adopted Ka-Ching managed to save 28 man-days by streamlining the donation process and achieved 51% productivity gain.
