The Work Involved
The Singapore International Foundation (SIF) aims to strengthen Singapore’s engagement with the global community at the people-to-people level, to build mutual understanding, ties, and trust.
Empact was engaged to assist SIF to crystalise it's 5 year master plan (2025 to 2029). The scope of work include: synthesis all stakeholder engagement [20+ interviews] results; conduct SWOT analysis; conduct alignment multiple rounds of workshops with the management team, various programme team and staff; develop a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at the organisational level; and develop an Organisation level Impact/Outcome Measurement Framework/Toolkit for SIF’s programmes.
Results of our Work
The 5 year strategic roadmap provides clear direction of SIF’s goal and aligned its key stakeholders. The revised organisational and impact measurement KPIs allowed SIF to present to its key government funders to secure its funding for the next 5 years.
