Client: 365 Cancer Prevention Society


The Work Involved
In 2023, Empact was engaged by 365 Cancer Prevention Society to conduct the following:

  • Strategic Planning Workshop
  • Development of a Performance Management Framework, approach, and tools
  • Development of Organisational and Individual level KPIs; and Core competencies

Facilitation of the strategic planning workshop helped 365 Cancer Prevention Society to set out their strategic goals for the next 5 years. These goals were mapped using balanced scorecard approach and Logic Model, then translated into indicators both at organisational and individual level, ensuring alignment and clear line of sight.

An organisation-wide review of all job roles was conducted to create library of core competencies that are aligned to the social sector competency guidelines,  as well as developing individual level indicators.

Performance Management Framework, approach and tools were also co-curated taking into account stakeholders’ feedback and good sectorial practices in order to ensure that these goals are measured objectively and sustainably.

In order to ensure sustainable implementation, People Manager and staff were also equipped with essential relevant training.
