On 12 July, Empact partnered with the SmileAsia Student Chapter to support the Asia Student Leadership Conference (ASLC). This 2D1N conference convened over 80 passionate youth leaders (aged 16–18) from across the region to explore key themes of leadership, commitment, and volunteerism.
During the event, Empact participated in a fireside chat and intimate small-group conversations alongside fellow speakers from Project Dignity and The Youth Project SG. The session focused on sharing candid reflections from on-the-ground experience, covering topics such as community engagement strategies, the design of impactful volunteer initiatives, and navigating real-world challenges in the social sector.
This engagement complements Empact’s long-standing operational support for The Smile Mission (International Secretariat of Smile Asia). Since 2013, Empact has provided shared services including bookkeeping and audit liaison support, allowing the organisation to focus on its core mission.
