Since 2024, Empact has partnered with Synopsys Singapore on their Season of Service initiative to deliver impactful initiatives for social organisations, which include social enterprises and non-profit organisations, in Singapore.
The Season of Service programme reflects Synopsys' organisational values by implementing global philanthropic strategies focused on strengthening local communities, encouraging employee engagement, and inspiring future leaders. The company harnesses the creative energy of its employees to drive positive change and address local needs.
A key service-based volunteering project in 2025 was Sustainable Farming with Ground-Up Initiative. A group of 15 volunteers engaged in climate-positive activities, supporting regenerative agriculture, waste reduction, and sustainable living. Through hands-on experience with sustainable farming, the volunteers learned and created a tangible environmental impact through collective, community-based efforts.
