Empact has been supporting AbbVie ‘Week of Possibilities’ since 2016 by designing and delivering hands-on programmes to engage employees across multiple locations in Singapore.
Each hands-on programme would engage employees in service to different communities, such as children, seniors and the environment.
These activities saw employee volunteers from different departments coming together to serve and junior-level employees taking on leadership roles to coordinate employees during the activities.
Empact’s Work
In June 2024, 152 of the planned 190 employees participated in five service-based volunteering programmes, benefiting 136 children, youth, seniors, and displaced individuals.
Over 1,300 employees have participated in AbbVie ‘Week of Possibilities’ in Singapore since 2016.
