The Work Involved

Initiated by NVPC and Tote Board, the key objective is to develop charities’ capabilities in Impact Measurement (IM). This project includes:

  • Develop an IM Guidebook and Training Curriculum with supporting resources - This includes Engagement sessions with charities and stakeholders, Literature review and Consolidation of existing resources
  • Drive awareness and adoption of IM - this includes Workshops to familiarise Impact Measurement, share playbook to range of charities, deep dive sessions with selected charities to kickstart their journey
  • Assist and enhance NVPC’s efforts in developing charities’ capabilities in Impact Measurement (IM)

Result of our work

Together with NVPC and TB, we have successfully trained 203 participants across 113 social organisations in Impact Measurement. Participants rated an average of 4.21 to “I have gained meaningful insights/knowledge for my work." (n=160)

The Impact Measurement Guidebook was also launched successfully on 15 August 2025 by TB and NVPC. It was well received by the sector administrators, funders and grant-makers and charities.
