The Work Involved
In 2015, Empact was engaged by Changi Foundation (the corporate giving arm of Changi Airport Group, CAG) to review the various programmes that it has with its long standing partner, Northlight School.Â
The review aimed to evaluate the design of the different programmes offered to the students that the Foundation funds and has staff from CAG volunteering for. The review concluded with the development of the first-ever social impact blueprint for the Foundation which included a guide to evaluate programmes to support, and tools to track the impact on the beneficiaries as well as the staff of CAG who volunteered.Â
Results of our WorkÂ
The tools within the blueprint would assist the Foundation in tracking in its impact, make informed decisions on programmes, and provide detailed reports to its management.
